Compacting of your particles increases its density. This enables it to flow uniformly as well boosting how consistent the flow is. This method is used where the particles are very light and also it is very fine to ensure complete compression. Some materials are also too sensitive for the use of wet granulation.

Understanding liquid flow is also an important issue in understanding the process by which the press makes the various tablets. Consistency in powder flow is very important. The ability of a good powder to flow is like that of a granulated sugar. This is because granulated sugar has the ability to flow both evenly and consistently. This ensures effective filling of the flask.

So, ensuring the flask is full is essential to ensuring the end products are in desirable shape and are similar in all aspects. Difference in the variables influence both the weight and the shape of a product obtained in this process.
