How To Make Money In Genesis Pure

Genesis Pure network marketing reps: Forget chasing friends and family. Learn how 7-figure earners build huge businesses using tactics rarely taught at live events and on Genesis Pure webinars.

If you seek to become a top earner, the way to do it is to implement a promotional plan that puts your message in front of thousands of people - not merely a handful of friends, family members and people you know.

The single most important skill you could ever learn is marketing.

I've been groomed by 6 and 7-figure income earners who taught me the following strategies we quietly use to build large businesses:

- Make Attrition A Non-Issue

Attrition is one of the biggest problems Genesis Pure marketers face. Genesis Pure business builders are taught two tactics to boost retention, but each strategy creates other problems.

1) Method one is to assist new Genesis Pure distributors to make money right away, so they get an early taste of success and want to stick around. When you attempt to help EVERY new Genesis Pure rep in your organization get into profit quickly, you spend LOTS of time helping your worst-performing new reps, the people who can't sponsor anyone by themselves. This takes focus away from your best people, the top 20% of your Genesis Pure downline that will drive 80% of all your income. Spending most of your time on the weakest 20% of your people just fosters dependency.

2) The second approach is to get your Genesis Pure downline members to feel part of the team, something bigger than themselves, so they want to stay part of the group. Genesis Pure team webinars, live training events, and getting on the phone with your new people can all foster a team experience. This approach takes up time and can also make your people dependent on you. Many of your weaker-performing team members will stick around because they like being part of the team...But these people will NOT sponsor others by themselves routinely into Genesis Pure and will require LOTS of team support in order to stay in the game.

You're running a business, not a self-help group. A totally different approach to addressing attrition is not to try to increase retention, but to make attrition almost irrelevant to your business. To make retention less important to your business, promote affiliate products that can easily add a dozen or more new streams of income. This diversifies your income and makes you less dependent on your downline for revenue. Attrition becomes a smaller problem when you rely less on your Genesis Pure downline for residual income. A second way to make attrition less important is to promote a high ticket opportunity that pays commissions of $1,000 or more per sale. Traditional network marketing opportunities like Genesis Pure pay out only about $60-$120 per new signup, so you must develop a large team and residual check to make a substantial income. If you earn a commission of $800 or more each time you sponsor a new rep, it's like you're earning 3-4 years of residual income checks up front, so it doesn't matter if this new person quits, because you get paid so much up front. This makes retention a non-issue.

- Attract Prospects To You

Most Genesis Pure reps are taught to make a list of individuals they know and approach these people about their opportunity. This approach only works for a month or two, then you run out of people to talk to about your business.

Marketers start chasing after people at events, in stores, and at restaurants to try to get them into their business. You're not going to make real money by running around chasing after total strangers. Virtually none of the random people you meet will have the fortitude, skills and determination required to succeed in Genesis Pure.

Instead of calling people to introduce to Genesis Pure, attract prospects to you online who ask you about Genesis Pure. Attracting prospects to you creates several advantages:

- You'll get more signups per conversation. You make more money with fewer hassles.

- You'll earn a lot more in your business because you can sponsor a lot more reps.

- Quality of life goes way up. You deal with a lot fewer uncommitted reps. and people who aren't eager to work.

Your positioning needs to change if you're going to attract prospects to you. Don't position yourself as a network marketer looking to promote a business. Be someone who teaches others how to grow their MLM, regardless what company they represent.

Teach networking marketing skills through short articles, blog posts, emails or videos. There will be followers of your content who seek you out to join your opportunity.

- Build Differently

In Genesis Pure and other network marketing companies, reps are instructed to:

- Put in writing a list of all the people you know

- Promote your Genesis Pure opportunity to these people

- Get an answer about whether they want to sign up

Most people do NOT succeed with these traditional tactics. Only about 5% of network marketers make a profit. 95% lose money every month.

The traditional network marketing strategies have a lot of disadvantages You run out of people to talk to once you've talked to everyone on your list. Networkers have no clue how to generate leads. Their business just stalls.

It usually takes 3-5 years to build a 6-figure income using traditional tactics. Very few people can withstand losing money for years before they make a profit. If you expect to make money, you've got to build differently:

- Learn to generate leads on the internet

- Make promoting affiliate products part of your business. This way you make money from the people you approach who don't join your Genesis Pure deal.

- Sell something that provides commissions of at least $1,000 per sale. That way, you don't require a big downline to make a lot of money.
